Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Part time hours over 22.5 also considered)

Salary: £9.00 per hour

The role involves supporting a young person to live in her own home, this includes enabling the young person to plan her day, attend college, spend time with family and maintain her home. The young person also requires the staff team to provide emotional support and to maintain safety during times of distress.

You will be part of this new service and part of a team of staff providing 24-hour support to a young person who enjoys education, helping others and socialising. This is a great opportunity to be part of this new team developing this package of support.

We are looking for people with the right values and attitude.  Within this role you will be responsible for leading the support whilst on duty, supervision of support workers and administration of medication. A level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care is essential.
