  • We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to lead a project to support five people with learning disabilities, autism / complex needs.

This is a great opportunity to provide truly person centred support to this service user group.

We are looking for someone to –

  • Lead the development of this innovative new service and recruit a team of staff
  • Be involved in CQC registration and act as registered manager
  • Provide leadership to deputy team managers and the wider team to provide high quality person centred support
  • Do great things in this new company – PIPS

We are looking for a motivated, creative, person centred individual who has extensive experience leading services for people with complex needs and autism.

You will need to have at least two years’ experience of managing services for people who have complex needs.  Social Work / Nursing qualification and experience in a leadership role / experience of using positive behavioural approaches.
