We are looking for people with different skills, experience and backgrounds all of which share PIPS values to provide the right support to someone that will enable them to develop and grow.

As PIPS develops the service we will be looking to recruit to different posts.

These include:

  • Support Workers to provide a high quality person centred support that enables the person to develop to the best of their ability, to enable access to the community and to listen and understand the person’s needs.
  • Senior Support Workers have additional training, they have experience of working with people that really makes a difference.  They also play a role administering medication, whilst taking the lead, supervising staff and being a positive role model during the span of their duty.
  • The Deputy Team Manager supports the team manager in delivering a high quality person centred service which supports the person to develop to the best of their ability, to enable access to the community and to listen to and understand the person’s needs.  The Deputy Manager will also take the lead supervising staff and being a positive role model during the span of their duty. 
  • The Team Manager is responsible for leading the team, supervising staff and being a positive role model, whilst ensuring that a high quality service is delivered focusing on person centred support that enables the person to develop to the best of their ability, to enable access to the community and to listen to and understand the person’s need. 
  • The Service Manager promotes the person centred PIPS values within the organisation, supporting effective leadership.  This role has a key responsibility to ensure services are of a high quality.
