      About PIPS

      Who are PIPS?

Positive Individual Proactive Support (PIPS) was established by Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust in 2014.

We provide high quality social care; and our expertise is providing support to people who have high support needs, autism and people whose behaviours severely challenge services.

PIPS is a Supported Living Provider; this means that we support people in their own home with their own tenancy.

Working in Partnership with local housing providers such as Thirteen, Broadacres and Auckland Home Solutions and local health and social care commissioners we have created some high-quality supported living environments across County Durham, Teesside and North Yorkshire.

The map shows the locations of our current services.

Our supported living schemes ensure that people receive the right support when they need it. Having staff close by, giving enhanced support when needed or opportunities to develop independence.
